Your questions
What does “River Jewel” mean?
A river jewel is a gem of the river, a nickname that suits the kingfisher and its blue and orange iridescence. The bird is perched on a cattail by a pond.
Who should I give this kingfisher poster to?
It will please an amateur birdwatcher, an angler or a nature lover who enjoys the water’s edge. Its landscape format works well above a sofa.
Choosing the size and the spot
